생애주기비용은 한사업의 예상 수명범위 내에서 기획 설계 시공 운영 및 유지관리와 철거단계에서 소요되는 모든 비용을 뜻합니다. Lcc includes all costs relating to the planning, design, construction, operation , maintenance and demolition of a project for a given life expectancy.

그렇다면 생애주기비용의 산출근거는 무엇입니까? Then, what could be the rationale for projecting LCC?

사업주는 사업의 가치를 최소비용으로 최대효과를 거두기 위해 사전에 꼼꼼히 계산해야 한다.

It is necessary for the employer to precisely calculate LCC in advance to maximize project value with minimum investments.
